Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Worldwide’s (NYSE: HLT) upscale global brand of hotels, recently recognized the Hilton Garden Inn Durham University Medical Center with The Connie Award – Hotel of the Year, You Can Count on Us Community Relations Award and Highest HHonors Loyalty Award for their outstanding achievements during the past year. In addition, the Hotel’s General Manager, Abigail Flynn, was bestowed the Barbara Bejan General Manager of the Year Award. The property, which is owned by The Olympia Companies and SMART Hotels and managed by The Olympia Companies of Portland, Maine received this honor as a best in class performer among the brand’s 665 hotels worldwide.
