Regional Director of Operations

As Regional Director of Operations, Jason specializes in the ongoing development of our food and beverage leaders.  By partnering with local farmers and wineries in each of our hotel’s markets, Jason is able to explore local trends and create innovative programming to ensure our food and beverage outlets appeal to both in-house guests and locals alike. His passion is in new restaurant startups as well as turning around struggling or financially distressed brands. Areas of Jason’s expertise include concept development and rebranding, food and beverage strategies, menu development and kitchen metrics, marketing and PR relations, staff training for management, culinary personnel, and service team members.

Prior to joining the team at The Olympia Companies, Jason served as the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at the Salamander Hotels & Resorts in Virginia. With many awards and accolades to his credit over the years, by far his most impressive is a Michelin-star in 2011. Jason has a drive for creating one-of-a-kind experiences and is always looking to push for more.
