Prior to joining Olympia as Vice President of Human Resources, Sara worked for Steward Health Care System as the Human Resources Director of two hospitals in Massachusetts. Before that, she worked for the University of Maine system, the Massachusetts Trial Court, and as an attorney.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, she provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations.  She is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices and partners with operations and other leaders to identify and implement HR strategic initiatives for all hotels in the portfolio.

Sara is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law and Colby-Sawyer College and loves to travel and maintains a very active lifestyle.
