Originally founded as the Erin Company by Larry Mahaney in 1969, we have been able to add value and achieve above normal returns for our investors and third party clients for over five decades.

Hotel Management
Olympia Hotel Management (OHM) seeks to hire and retain an exceptional team of hotel professionals. We focus on creating a culture that “lives the values” of Fun, Concern for Others, Accountability, Trust, and Continuous Improvement. Our culture helps generate efficiencies and maximum profitability for owners while ensuring outstanding guest services by paying critical attention to a guest’s overall experience. OHM's management skills extend to a variety of independently branded full-service restaurants that complement the hotels they reside within while pulling inspiration and talent from each of their unique destinations. Olympia's F&B concepts include award-winning destination restaurants, rooftops bars, and upscale casual neighborhood favorites. Our restaurant group routinely earns accolades from James Beard Foundation, Wine Spectator, Conde Nast, Travel + Leisure, as well as regional "Best of" acknowledgements.
