This hotel launched Olympia into a new chapter in its history. The 149-room property was repositioned from a Ramada Inn to a Doubletree Hotel in 1996. Improvement included a complete interior renovation and new building façade.
Rebranded again in 2007, Olympia retooled the sales effort to capitalized on the hotels evolving position in the market after multiple years of supply expansion in the area.
Olympia secured significant long-term room accounts in the medical, military and educational segments to generate consistent occupancy levels in a volatile marketplace while creating yield opportunities in season.
In concert with Olympia Development, the food & beverage outlets were consolidated to create viable space for a lucrative 3rd party office lease. In doing so, guest service and operational efficiency were also improved to create a true win-win for investors.
