The Alfond Inn at Rollins Named One of the “15 Best Resort Hotels in Florida” by Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards
The Alfond Inn at Rollins has been named one of the 15 Best Resorts in Florida by the readers of Travel + Leisure in the 2022 World’s Best Awards.
The 112-room independently-owned boutique hotel is located in the heart of historic Winter Park, close to Orlando. Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, The Alfond Inn at Rollins is distinguished by its philanthropic mission, directing all of its net operating income to The Alfond Scholars Program for scholarships. It is the only hotel in the United States that exhibits a rotating installation of artworks from a museum collection, The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, which is part of the permanent collection of Rollins Museum of Art.
The hotel’s award-winning Hamilton's Kitchen restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at the 112-room boutique hotel, which has a pool, fitness center and 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. A member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts L.V.X.℠ collection, The Alfond Inn at Rollins has a AAA Four Diamond Rating and is managed by Olympia Hotel Management, an innovative leader in hospitality.

A major expansion of The Alfond Inn at Rollins is on target to be completed in 2023. The extension will include an additional 71 luxury guestrooms and suites, a new light-filled lobby café, a new Spa, a second swimming pool with private cabanas and more space for art exhibitions. The project is led by Olympia Development, who oversaw the design and construction of the original Alfond Inn.
